In this Photo Jake Ehrlich and Billie Holiday are awaiting the verdict for her narcotics possession charges.
It turns out that Colonel George White who was a Federal Agent and CIA operative had apparently framed Billie Holiday by getting her boyfriend to set her up.
Jake Ehrlich got conviction overturned on appeal.
